Because Tutum Group treats its clients as long-term partners the Group also offers an external advisory capability under Tutum Advisory.
This service allows partners to access Tutum’s in-house expertise across asset selection, development strategy, structuring, governance, and digital asset integration for projects beyond the Group’s direct balance sheet. Tutum Advisory operates selectively and by mandate, applying the same standards, discipline, and real-asset focus that underpin the Group’s own developments.
This approach ensures that partners benefit from direct access to an experienced owner-operator mindset, while maintaining clear alignment, accountability, and senior involvement throughout engagements.
